Sometimes cooking really stresses me out. I feel like I have to pay attention to so many things and clean so many dishes and surfaces.
If I learn not to let cooking stress me out, to approach it with a Zen mentality, concentrating on one task at a time peacefully and thoroughly, I might learn how to almost entirely relinquish stress from my life.
So next time I am cooking and begin to feel stressed I am going to take a deep breath and view it as an opportunity to become a more tranquil and strong person.
