Breakfast: leftover tom kah gai with brown rice, extra chili pepper, and scrambled egg added

Lunch: small salad- lettuce, baked baby beets, walnuts, and capers with a yogurt and cumin dressing

a smoothie of frozen banana, ceylon cinnamon, and molasses= molasses milkshake

Snacks: 4 medjool dates dipped in whole Greek yogurt, a champagne mango, a brazil nut

Dinner: salmon seasoned with honey, cumin, salt, pepper, sesame oil, and a little soy sauce

baked potato with Amish cheese and sauteed garlicky dandelion greens on top

a roasted onion half sprinkled with salt
