Intake on a long drive home:

Breakfast:

 3 eggs scrambled with caramelized onions wrapped in a brown rice tortilla with plenty of srirachaa 

banana

a cafe au lait


Snacks:

PB and chocolate chip Macro bar

a few handfuls of chocolate-covered golden berries

a large can of coconut water

a couple handfuls of baby carrots

white tea


Dinner:a big bowl of purple rice topped with a little marinated steak, pickled daikon, julienned carrot + cucumber, egg, sesame oil, and sesame seeds- dipped in srirachaa 

serving of pea shoots stir-fried with sesame oil, butter, sea salt, mirin, and a tiny bit of soy sauce

oyster mushrooms sauteed with butter, salt and pepper, and a tiny bit of rice vinegar and lemon water

1 small almond and champagne sable bréton



I feel the need to eat plenty of food after a week of hiking in the Smoky Mountatins. I tend to eat more nuts and cheese on hiking weeks and thus I have been craving fresh vegetables for the last two days.
