Beautiful, lichen-covered tree in the Smokies.

Last night we had a guest over for dinner. Here was the menu:

Amish cheese and red wine

cold asparagus and yogurt soup

salad of lettuce and rainbow carrots with tahini dijon dressing

seco de carne (Peruvian cilantro beef stew) with white rice

baked nectarines with vanilla ice cream

It was delicious!
