I’m having a very luxurious dinner tonight: seco de carne, soaked brown rice, and a salad of julienned zucchini, arugula, and slices of avocado with poppyseed dressing.

I made the seco with a bottle of rich, dark beer, cumin, aji amarillo, and extra cilantro sauce.

One thing I had for lunch was a steamed leek, broiled in the oven with raw cheddar cheese and chimichurri sauce.

For breakfast I had 2 eggs scrambled in coconut oil folded into a brown rice torilla and dipped in sriracha sauce. Plus all the good parts of an otherise mealy nectarine.

For drinks I’ve been sipping on Rishi peach white tea all day, and plan to have a couple cups of spicy Yogi tea tonight
