Starbucks iced unsweetened passion tea

Snacks:

a salad of dandelion greens, arugula, fermented beets, and red leaf lettuce dressed in homemade balsamic vinaigrette

a handful of pumpkin seeds and a few squares of 88% dark chocolate and a dried papaya spear

Dinner:

a breast and leg of a rotisserie chicken dipped in cilantro-lime sour cream sauce

arugula sauteed with ginger and coconut oil

roasted red skin potatoes with cumin

Snacks:

a bowl of lychees

a soft corn tortilla with kerrygold butter and honey
