What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast
avocado and cheddar grilled cheese on spelt bread
sumo mandarin

Lunch
roasted califlower with creamy pumpkin meat sauce and parm
Leftover avgelomono soup with sauteed garlicky dandelion greens

Sumo mandarin

Snack
85% dark chocolate and medjool dates (eaten together)

Dinner
baked Japanese sweet potato
2 scrambled eggs with creamy goat cheese
green salad with raisiny vinaigrette
2 slices of cheese pizza with a dense, whole grain crust
